The Viruses pose a great danger to humanity as witnessed in the past few months. When the Corona virus first cases were reported there was no major impact on the world. Not just Corona but an outbreak of a virus leaves a devastating mark on countries and the citizens. The best way to ensure that there is a reduction of cases and deaths caused by viruses is by prevention mechanism. Viruses mostly are spread through air and contact with infected individuals. In most cases, any person who has the viral infection will end up dying within three days if they cannot get the necessary medical help. The medical facility in any country should be able to handle any cases of an outbreak by setting up a center for large viral infections or accidents. The various healthcare agencies should work together with various experts to find out the cause of the viral infection and how a short-term remedy can be developed in preparation for the vaccine. When preventing any spread of viruses at work there should be various measures that should be taken. The level of hygiene in the workplace should be high so that viruses cannot be spread by those who are working. This implies that the necessary cleaning tools and chemicals needed to kill germs and areas where the virus can thrive are used to clean the workplace. The other hygiene aspect involves the cleanliness of the employees whereby there should be hand washing stations placed in common areas in the workplace. Depending on the work area the hand wash stations may not apply and that is why sanitizers should be placed as an alternative. This also includes in the lifts and at various points on the staircase. The lifts and staircase should have sanitizers placed. The cleaning detergents and sanitizers should be fully stocked always so that hygiene levels are maintained. Masks should also be worn when the viruses can be spread through the air. The number of workers should also be reduced by allowing only essential service providers to come to work. The other employees should be working at home whereby cloud integration is done on their gadgets. There should be platforms that allow clients to access any services or products while they are at home. When people don’t come into contact with others, there is a low chance of viral infection. The people who walk in and out of the offices and industries should have their temperature taken since fever is a common sign of viral infection.
